SO, YOU'VE GOT yourself a little business! Yet, what you may not have realized so far is that your new business is just like the Tracy's jumbo jet because on one hand it can satisfy an immediate

Tracy and a Jumbo Jet

Struggling to come up with money for a used car after a 30-year Volkswagen died, Tracy figured that the only option to come up with money was to default on utility payments that month then play a catch up over the next several months, and to cut the ham out off lunch sandwiches and replace it with eggs for three months... The budget totaled at about $230.

A month later at a car lot Tracy realized that $230 was not even close enough to buy a vehicle. But then a salesman came to the rescue:

- I just might have something for you. - he quipped, taking Tracy behind the building where, sitting on a grass, was a jumbo jet. - It's only $205! - he said.

- Not exactly what I hoped for, -Tracy said, - but if it can take me down the street to buy groceries or to work, I'll take it!

And so Tracy bought a jumbo jet. Next day at work a co-worker Chris was dazzled.

- Oh, Tracy, but you can fly with it! - Chris exclaimed opening both arms as if wanting to hug the whole world.

- I don't know how. - Tracy was unimpressed.

- Oh, but all you need to do is learn and the whole sky will be yours!

- Nah, - Tracy shrugged, - besides I only need it to take me down the street to work or to buy groceries.

SEEMINGLY small things that you would routinely do when someone else is your boss tend to become much harder to do when you are your own boss. This is because you truly have the freedom to do them or not do them as there is no one except you that's watching.

TO AVOID costly mistakes, make sure that the 'second day" in your business is by no means a business as usual! After all, you have just become a business owner and therefore...

BE VERY CLEAR about your first assignments and make sure to stay in touch with your coach! There are a few simple "things" you've got to do in the next several days that are likely to create you the first paycheck while setting you up in your new business in a way that leads to success.

Our Goals For You

An ambitious mission requires a set of goals to match it. Here are a few goals we have for you as your coach:

Our Immediate Goal is for you to create your first paycheck within 10 days of starting your business
Our Short-term goal is for you to have a leverage within your fist month in business
Our Long-term Goal is for you to have a vibrant organization within one year of starting your business

The question is, how do you fit inside the framework of goals we have for you?

It depends on your own set of goals. For example, if your short term goal is to create a weekly compensation of $1000, the training we design to accomplish that goal will be intense and will require that you set aside at least 8-10 hours a week to work your business.

However if your goal is smaller, let's say $50 per week, the intensity of training is less intense and requires fewer working hours.

So the answer is, the more ambitious your goals are, the more intense your training is.

Creating Your First Paycheck

First, you and your coach decide on details for the first assignment,
Next, the coach guides you through some prep-work,
Then, at the scheduled time, your coach does all the work...
... while your job is to observe him or her in action and take notes.
Once the assignment is completed, your first paycheck is likely to be on its way!

As a reward for the prep-work well done you will get your very own, brand new Dani Johnson's Script Book (oh yes, the same one you've seen your coach cheat from!)

Becoming a Professional:

On-the-Job-Training Program or OJTP

The OJTP enables you to get paid as you acquire necessary skills.

The way it works is, your coach guides you step by step by giving you small assignments. As you work towards completing them, you begin owning the process and in a matter of weeks are able to work independently.

Every few assignments completed are likely to create you a paycheck.

On a practical level, in the first 3-4 weeks upon launching your business you are initially coached by your personal coach through a series of simple assignments accomplished through the teamwork effort.

As your grasp of the nuts-and-bolts of the business grows, the relationship between you and your personal coach evolves from a 'coach-&-trainee mode' to an 'equal partners mode' in a matter of weeks.

Upon graduation from the OJT Program, you advance to a rank of a professional and work side by side with your ex-coach and a growing number of incoming graduates.

Growing as a Professional:

Supplemental Training

Long-term Supplemental Training is outsourced to Dani Johnson, a recognized trainer in the industry.

The training is self-paced and starts with three controlled assignments. The fourth assignment takes you directly to the source, the Dani's online resource center. This self-paced training is often referred to as a personal growth and will ultimately shape you as a professional.

Our hope is that, once you complete the assignments in the supplemental lab, you will continue using Dani's training and resource center as an important aid in continuation of your professional and business growth and wisdom.
